 Product characteristics

1、 high-voltage discharge generator

This ozone generator uses a high-frequency power system to electrochemically react the molecular oxygen within or around the electric field to create ozone. The ozone generator has the advantages of mature technology, stable work, long service life and large ozone yield, so it is the most widely used ozone generator in relevant industries at home and abroad.
2、ozone is safe cooling mode

Ozone generator will produces a lot of heat, needs to cool, otherwise ozone will decompose by high temperature.

3、 ozone generator discharge technology

Quartz tubes are most often used by some high-performance ozone generators due to their high dielectric constant, uniform wall thickness, good ellipticity, high temperature resistance and moisture resistance. Ceramic plates are easy to crack and suitable only for some small generators. The wall thickness and ellipticity of ceramic tubes are not easy to control, and they are prone to uneven discharge, so little is used. Glass and enamel tubes have low dielectric constant, low high temperature resistance and easy to crack

How works

When the oxygen-containing gas passes through the discharge gap between the two electrodes, part of the oxygen molecule (O2) is converted to ozone (O3) to enable ozone preparation. When a variable high voltage on a high voltage electrode, microdischarge occurs at the discharge gap between electrodes and the oxygen molecule is decomposed into free oxygen atoms O, partially free state oxygen atoms recombine with unresolved oxygen molecules to generate ozone (O3) namely O+O2=O3, is known as "corona discharge" or "silent discharge".

In fact, only a part of the electric energy applied on the electrode is used to prepare ozone, producing heat during the preparation, which needs to be effectively cooled the ozone generation module through a fan.

5、Ozone process flow

The ozone generator system composition includes: gas source system and ozone generator host.

6、 This product uses double ball bearing violent fan, high speed and wind volume to ensure good heat dissipation inside the machine, low ozone concentration attenuation rate, long time use can still ensure sufficient ozone production and concentration reaches the standard.

Gericide ability

Ozone has strong oxidation, is recognized in the world as a wide spectrum and efficient fungicide, its oxidation capacity is higher than chlorine, sterilization in water 600-3000 times faster than chlorine, or even a few seconds can kill bacteria, for the common E. coli, Streptococcus faecalis, P. uginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, mold, etc., in the ozone concentration of 0.3PPM environment for 5 minutes, its killing rate can reach more than 99%. Its sterilization and disinfection effects are almost instantaneous, and the ozone concentration within 0.3-1 min in water reaches 0.3-2mg/L. The dose of ozone hydrate required to achieve the same sterilization effect (if E. coli kills by 99%) is only 0.0048% of chlorine.


Breakposition time

1, ozone is easy to be soluble in water, and the ozone dissolved in water has a stronger sterilization ability, and can reach up to 3,000 times that of chlorine gas. Ozone is very easily broken down into oxygen.

The half-life of 2, ozone is about 20 minutes in the water, and about 10-30 minutes in the air at normal temperature and normal pressure. Ozone all will eventually break down into oxygen.

3, ozone is a safe, residue-free oxidant, bactericidal disinfectant that does not cause secondary contamination. Ozone itself quickly reduces to oxygen, without having to worry about chemical residues, and it is not posing a threat to the living environment.
