Five. Product construction (configuration technology advantages)
1. ozone pipe: dielectric material adopts high pure dehydroxy quartz pipe, dehydroxy base is less than 10ppm, SiO2 content of more than 98%, temperature resistance of 1600 degrees, pressure resistance of 30KV, is far higher than that of the matching high frequency high voltage power supply will not be worn and burned by high voltage. Internal electrode: 316L stainless steel pipe, material new brand: 022Cr17Ni12Mo2, corrosion resistance is better than 304 stainless steel, in high pressure and high frequency continuous discharge, 5 years; discharge gap: 0.5MM; sealing material: polytelon (tetrafluoroethylene, commonly known as "plastic king") plug and fluoroid, antioxidant acid and alkali resistance, service life of up to 8 years.

2. VI. Product characteristics
1. high-voltage discharge generator
This ozone generator uses a high-frequency power system to electrochemically react oxygen molecules in or around the electric field to create ozone. The ozone generator has the advantages of mature technology, stable work life, long service life and large ozone output, so it is the most widely used ozone generator at home and abroad.
2. ozone is used in a safe cooling mode
The ozone generator produces a lot of heat, requiring cooling, otherwise ozone will be decomposed due to high temperature.
3. ozone generator discharge technology
Quartz tubes are most often used by some high-performance ozone generators due to their high dielectric constant, uniform wall thickness, good ellipticity, high temperature resistance and moisture resistance. Ceramic plates are easy to crack and suitable only for some small generators. The wall thickness and ellipticity of ceramic tubes are not easy to control, and prone to uneven discharge, so not used. Glass and enamel tubes have low dielectric constant, low high temperature resistance and easy to crack
4.How works
When the oxygen-containing gas passes through the discharge gap between the two electrodes, part of the oxygen molecules (O2) are converted to ozone (O3) to achieve ozone preparation. When a varying high voltage at the discharge gap between the electrodes, oxygen molecules are decomposed into free oxygen atoms O, partially free oxygen atom recombine with undecomposed oxygen molecules to generate ozone (O3), O + O2=O3, is called "corona discharge" or "silent discharge".
In fact, only a part of the electric energy applied to the electrode is used to prepare ozone, which also generates heat during the preparation process and requires fans to effectively cool the ozone generating module.

The resulting ozone gas has strong oxidation, catalysis, etc. Viruses and bacteria in the ozone gas by the role of various free radicals, protein desociation degeneration, nucleic acid and enzyme activity reduction, thus disinfection and sterilization air; ozone and formaldehyde, carbon dioxide, benzene dioxide and other toxic and harmful gases occur degradation, oxidation and other complex physical and chemical reactions, and by-products non-toxic and harmless, can avoid secondary pollution.

Eight. Funicide ability
Ozone has strong oxidation, is recognized in the world as a wide spectrum and efficient fungicide, its oxidation ability is higher than chlorine, sterilization in water 600-3000 times faster than chlorine, and even a few seconds can kill bacteria, for common E. coli, Streptococcus, green, golden Staphylococcus, mold, etc., in the ozone concentration of 0.3PPM for 5 minutes, its killing rate can reach more than 99%. Its sterilization and disinfection effects occur almost instantaneous, killing bacteria when the ozone concentration reaches 0.3-2mg/L in the water, within 0.3-1min. The dose of ozone hydrate required to achieve the same sterilization effect (e. g. E. coli) is only 0.0048% of chlorine.
