I. Application Fields

PSA Oxygen Generators are favored by a wide range of users due to their significant advantages. They are widely used in environmental protection, medical treatment, biotechnology, and other fields.

II. Technical Features

Sophisticated flow design for optimal performance;

Reasonable internal components ensure uniform airflow distribution, reducing the impact of high-speed airflow;

Special protective measures for molecular sieves extend their service life;

Simple operation, stable running, high degree of automation, enabling unmanned operation;

Automatic interlock oxygen venting device ensures product oxygen quality;

III. Working Principle

Utilizing the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) principle, air is pressurized and pressure-swung. Passing through a molecular sieve separates nitrogen molecules from oxygen molecules in the air. Oxygen is retained while nitrogen is discharged. At room temperature, simply connect to the power supply to continuously separate and produce high-concentration oxygen from the air at the rated flow rate.

IV. Molecular Sieve Material

Uses Lithium Low-Silica Oxygen Molecular Sieve (producing oxygen purity of 93%±2). It offers advantages such as high oxygen purity production, high production ratio, low mechanical wear, and long service life.

V. Service Life

After 6000 hours of use, oxygen purity decays to 85%±3; after 12000 hours, it decays to 80%±3; after 20000 hours, it decays to 70%±3. When the oxygen concentration is insufficient for supply, the internal molecular sieve needs to be replaced.

VI. Environmental Requirements for Oxygen Generation System

1. Ambient Temperature: 5℃~40℃

2. Relative Humidity: ≤ 80%

3. Atmospheric Pressure: 86 kPa~106 kPa

4. Surrounding environment free of corrosive gases and strong magnetic fields.

VII. Operating Method

1. Place the equipment at the specific location in the process flow (stable, dry, well-ventilated for heat dissipation). Ensure the oxygen tube is securely connected to the machine's oxygen outlet port for oxygen delivery.

2. Connect the power supply; the power indicator light will illuminate. Turn on the switch; the operation indicator light will come on, the air pump will start working. Adjust the "Flow Meter" on the machine panel to the required scale position, and oxygen will be output from the outlet port. Turn off the switch after use.

VIII. Precautions

 Do not disassemble or modify this product, as it may cause damage, electric leakage, and circuit malfunctions.

 Avoid excessive moisture. Water or other liquids entering this product may cause electric leakage and malfunction.

 Avoid wiping the equipment with volatile solutions or organic solvents, as they may damage the equipment surface.

 A qualified dedicated grounding wire is required for safe and reliable grounding. Ensure the capacity of the circuit used meets requirements to eliminate fire hazards. Equipment installation personnel must be trained before powering on or performing maintenance.

Remember: Equipment maintenance or repair must be performed only when the power is disconnected and all air pressure is completely released to ensure personnel safety during maintenance.
