I. APPLICATION AREAS
PSA oxygen generator is favored by users because of its remarkable advantages. It is widely used in environmental protection, medical treatment, aquaculture, biotechnology, and other fields.

III. Working principles
By using the principle of PSA pressure swing adsorption, the nitrogen and oxygen molecules in the air are separated by molecular sieve,
oxygen retention, nitrogen discharge. At room temperature, the power supply can be continuously separated from the air to produce high concentration oxygen under rated oxygen flow.
IV. Material of molecular sieve
A lithium low silicon oxygen molecular sieve (93%±2) has the advantages of high oxygen purity, high production ratio, small mechanical wear and long life.
V. Service life
The purity of oxygen was attenuated to 85%±3 after 6000 hours and 80%±3 after 12000 hours
After 20000 hours, the purity of oxygen attenuates to 70%+3, and the internal molecular sieve should be replaced when the oxygen concentration is not enough for use.

VII. Methodology
1. place the equipment in a specific position (smooth, dry, well ventilated and heat dissipation) in the process flow, more than 40 cm from the wall; ensure that the silicone tube is connected with the oxygen outlet of the machine to facilitate the delivery of oxygen.
2. water body oxygenation machine must be higher than the water level to prevent water from returning to the oxygen machine, the oxygen unit will not be used once the water machine.
3. power supply, power indicator light, voltmeter display current voltage.Turn on the switch, run the indicator light, the air pump starts to work, the machine panel "Flowmeter" is adjusted to the required calibration position, the output port has oxygen output.Turn off the switch after use.
VIII. Points for attention
Do not use this product near high-precision electronic equipment. Radio interference may cause misoperation and other problems of high-precision electronic equipment. Particular attention is required in the vicinity of hearing aids, pacemakers and other medical electronic devices, fire detectors and other precision automatic control devices.
Do not disassemble or modify this product, otherwise it will cause damage, leakage and circuit failure of this product.
Avoid excessive moisture, water or other liquids entering this product may cause leakage and failure.
Avoid wiping the equipment with volatile solutions or organic solvents, which may damage the surface of the equipment.
Qualified special ground wire, safe and reliable grounding, the capacity of the line used is in line with the requirements to ensure the elimination of fire hazards. Equipment installation personnel must be trained to start maintenance.
When using ozone, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to work in high concentration ozone space environment. Staff should have protective measures to work in space environment exceeding the relevant standard ozone concentration.
Remember that equipment maintenance or repair must be carried out in the state of power failure and exhaust pressure to ensure the safety of personnel maintenance.
