III. Working Principle

Utilizing the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) principle, the air is pressurized and undergoes pressure cycling. Passing through molecular sieves, nitrogen molecules and oxygen molecules in the air are separated.

Oxygen is retained, while nitrogen is discharged. Upon connecting to power at room temperature, high-concentration oxygen can be continuously separated from the air under rated flow conditions.

IV. Molecular Sieve Material

Lithium-type low-silica oxygen production molecular sieve is used (oxygen production purity 93%±2), featuring high oxygen purity, high yield rate, low mechanical wear, and long service life.

V. Service Life

After 6000 hours of use, oxygen purity decays to 85%±3. After 12000 hours, oxygen purity decays to 80%±3. After

20000 hours, oxygen purity decays to 70%±3. When the oxygen concentration is insufficient for supply, the internal molecular sieve needs replacement.
