IV. Product Structure (Technical Advantages)
1. Ozone Tube: Dielectric material: High-purity dehydroxylated quartz tube (dehydroxylated <10ppm, SiO₂ content ≥98%), withstands 1600°C and 30KV (exceeds the 7KV peak voltage from the matched power supply). Inner electrode: 316L stainless steel pipe (new grade: 022Cr17Ni12Mo2), superior corrosion resistance to 304 stainless steel, withstands 5 years of continuous high-voltage discharge without oxidation or deformation. Discharge gap: 0.5mm. End caps: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, "Plastic King") plugs with fluoroelastomer O-rings, oxidation/acid/alkali resistant, 8-year service life.

2. High-Frequency High-Voltage Power Supply: Rectifier frequency conversion circuit. High-voltage transformer: Ferrite core, polyesterimide/polyamideimide composite enameled wire, vacuum potted with high-temperature epoxy. Features: Open-circuit protection, over-current/over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection. Output: 3~20KHz sinusoidal waveform, high energy conversion efficiency, power factor up to 0.97.
V. Product Features
1. High-Voltage Discharge Generator: Uses high-frequency power to induce electrochemical reactions in oxygen molecules, producing ozone. Advantages: Mature technology, stable operation, long service life, high ozone output. Widely used globally.
2. Safe Ozone Cooling: Generates significant heat during operation; cooling is essential to prevent ozone decomposition.
3. Discharge Technology: Quartz tubes (high dielectric constant, uniform wall thickness, ovality, high temperature/moisture resistance) preferred for high-performance generators. Ceramic plates (brittle) for small units. Ceramic tubes (uneven discharge) and glass/enamel tubes (low dielectric constant, poor heat resistance) less common.
4. Working Principle: Oxygen-containing gas passes through the discharge gap between electrodes. Micro-discharges decompose O₂ molecules into free O atoms. Some O atoms recombine with O₂ to form O₃ (O + O₂ → O₃) - "corona discharge" or "silent discharge." Only part of the electrical energy produces ozone; heat is simultaneously generated and must be cooled by fans.

7. Ozone is a broad-spectrum bactericide/virucide. It disinfects/purifies air by oxidizing/catalyzing viruses/bacteria (denaturing proteins, reducing nucleic acid/enzyme activity) and degrades/oxidizes toxic gases (formaldehyde, CO₂, xylene) into non-toxic by-products, avoiding secondary pollution.

VII. Sterilization Capability
Ozone is a globally recognized broad-spectrum, high-efficiency bactericide with oxidizing power exceeding chlorine. Sterilizes in water 600-3000x faster than chlorine (kills bacteria within seconds). Achieves >99% kill rate for common bacteria (E. coli, fecal streptococci, P. aeruginosa, S. aureus, molds) in 5 minutes at 0.3 ppm ozone concentration. Sterilization/disinfection is nearly instantaneous (bacteria killed in 0.5-1 min at 0.3-2 mg/L ozone water concentration). Requires only 0.0048% of the chlorine dose for equivalent sterilization (e.g., 99% E. coli kill rate).
