Product Structure Description:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. The 5G/H Ozone Generator Accessories include: Ozone Tube and High-Voltage Module Power Supply.
2. Ozone Tube Composition and Features: Internal electrode made of 316L stainless steel, external electrode made of aluminum alloy heat sink, dielectric material made of quartz tube with over 99.7% silicon dioxide content, combined with PTFE and fluororubber sealing components. Both internal and external electrodes are air-cooled. The main features of the quartz tube generator are high dielectric constant, good dielectric toughness (resistant to damage during transport), low thermal expansion coefficient, and pressure resistance up to 0.3 MPa. Normal service life generally exceeds 20,000 hours.
3. High-Voltage Power Supply Composition and Features: Vacuum epoxy high-voltage transformer; Main features: Moisture-proof, waterproof, suitable for use in harsh environments, circuit with anti-interference capability. Normal service life exceeds 8,000 hours.
Equipment Application Description
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The KS-5G Ozone Generator Accessories are the core components of an ozone generator. The supplied gas can be either oxygen or air. They are used in applications requiring ozone sterilization or purification, such as space disinfection, deodorization, decolorization, and treatment of various source water and wastewater.
Equipment Installation and Operation Instructions
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 1: Mount the high-voltage power supply and ozone tube onto an insulating board. Secure the insulating board inside the equipment chassis. Important: Maintain a distance of more than 5 cm between the ozone tube/high-voltage power supply and the metal chassis shell (if the high-voltage parts are too close to the metal shell, high-voltage eddy currents may form, affecting performance or causing damage). Install the ozone tube within the convective airflow space inside the chassis, ensuring the fan can blow air onto the ozone tube's heat sink during operation to guarantee stable cooling of the external electrode.
Step 2: Installation of Gas Inlet and Ozone Outlet: The gas ports on the ozone tube are not designated as inlet or outlet; either end can be used. Use silicone tubing or PVC tubing for the inlet gas line. Use ozone-resistant tubing (e.g., PTFE, fluororubber) for the outlet. Ensure there are no gas leaks. The gas supplied to the ozone tube inlet, whether oxygen or air, must be clean, dry, with a temperature not exceeding 45°C, and humidity not exceeding 70% RH.
Step 3: Wiring Check: After connecting the high-voltage wire and ground wire to the ozone tube, try to keep the high-voltage wire connection as short as possible. The accessories come with high-voltage wires approximately 30 cm long. During installation, cut the wires shorter if possible based on the layout to avoid contact with other wires or objects inside the chassis. If possible, sleeve the high-voltage wires with silicone tubing (ID 8mm) to enhance insulation.

Usage Precautions
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Upon receiving the goods, first inspect the equipment for any damage or missing parts. Only proceed with installation and use after confirming no issues.
2. During component installation, handle with care to avoid dropping or impact damage.
3. After completing the installation, double-check the gas lines and electrical circuits before powering on the equipment.
4. Ensure the installation prevents any high-voltage leakage to the chassis shell. High Voltage Hazard.
5. Prohibited for use in flammable or explosive environments.
6. Ensure convective cooling is effective. The operating temperature of the ozone tube must not exceed 60°C.
7. The ozone concentration at the outlet is high. Avoid prolonged human contact with ozone. For ozone released into enclosed spaces, wait at least 20 minutes after the machine stops operating before entering.
8. Do not open the chassis cover unless you are qualified personnel. General electricians should only open the cover after consulting professional maintenance personnel.
9. When used for water treatment, ensure the gas-water mixing device prevents water backflow into the ozone tube's gas lines, as this can cause high-voltage short circuits.
Routine Maintenance
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. The equipment should be placed in a dry, ventilated, and clean environment, with an ambient temperature between -7~45°C and relative humidity below 85% RH.
2. Maintenance must be performed with the power disconnected.
3. Regularly inspect the ventilation grilles on the equipment. If excessive dust accumulates, clean promptly and reinstall correctly.
4. The equipment can operate continuously for 24 hours, but ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation.
5. When cleaning, wring out the wet cloth thoroughly before use. Do not allow water droplets to splash into the machine interior.
