2、Structure and characteristics of ozone tube: inner electrode 316 L stainless steel, outer electrode aluminum alloy radiator, dielectric material is controlled by silica quartz with content above 99.7%, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and fluorine glue seal are combined, external electrode is cold, quartz tube generator is characterized by high dielectric constant, good medium toughness, low thermal expansion coefficient, resistance 0.3 Normal service life is generally more than 20,000 hours.

Description of use of equipment

KS-10G ozone generator accessories are the main core components of the ozone machine, the gas source can be oxygen or air, can be used in the need of ozone sterilization or purification, generally use space sterilization disinfection, deodorization, decolorization, various raw water sewage treatment.
Equipment installation instructions

Step 1: high voltage power supply and ozone tube are installed on insulation board, insulation board is fixed in chassis, it should be noted that ozone tube and high voltage power supply are more than 5 cm from metal case shell (high voltage part is too close to metal case shell, high voltage eddy current may affect use or even damage), ozone tube is installed in convection air space on chassis to ensure that the fan can blow to the radiator of ozone tube and ensure the external electrode air cooling stability of ozone tube.
Step 2: installation of air inlet and ozone outlet: the nozzle of ozone pipe is not divided into inlet and outlet nozzle, any end can enter and exit, the material of air inlet pipe can be silicone tube or PVC tube, and the outlet is connected with anti-oxidation tube (tetrafluorine tube, fluorine hose, etc.). The gas entering the inlet of the ozone tube, whether oxygen or air, should be clean and dry, temperature should not be higher than 45℃, humidity should not be more than 70 RH.
Step 3: check the line: after the high-voltage line and the high-voltage ground wire are connected to the ozone tube, try to connect the high-voltage line with the shortest distance. Avoid high-voltage wire touching other lines or objects in the chassis according to the position of installation. Welded spring high voltage lines into the middle of the ozone tube, any other wire lines, do not approach the high voltage part (high voltage package, high voltage line, ozone tube), otherwise high voltage may interfere with its normal use function.
Connection mode of high voltage power supply and ozone discharge tube:

Between the two dashed lines is the inner empty part of the electrode stainless steel pipe in the ozone tube. The welded high voltage wire with clip spring is plugged into the interior, and the clip spring is plugged into the middle part of the ozone tube by using a screwdriver. Another high voltage line is connected to the aluminum alloy radiator of the ozone discharge tube.(Note: Do not cross the two high-voltage lines)
Use of caveats

1、After receiving the goods, please check if the equipment is damaged or missing spare parts, make sure there is no problem and then put into installation.
2、During the installation of components, please pay attention to light and light release to avoid damage.
3、After the installation of the equipment, check the gas circuit and circuit again before power on to ensure that the power is correct.
4、Equipment installation to ensure that the high-voltage does not leak to the chassis shell, high-voltage danger.
5、It is forbidden to use in flammable and explosive places.
6、Ensure that the air cooling is good convection heat dissipation, ozone tube working temperature should not be higher than 60℃.
7、Ozone export ozone concentration is high, human body do not contact ozone for a long time, ozone placed in a closed space can stop working 20 minutes before entering.
8、Non-professional personnel do not open the chassis, the general electrician must consult professional maintenance before opening the chassis.
9、When the equipment is used for water treatment, make sure that the gas-water mixing device does not have water reflux to the ozone tube, otherwise it will lead to high voltage short circuit.
Daily maintenance

1、The equipment shall be placed in a dry, ventilated and clean environment with an ambient temperature of -7~45℃ and a relative humidity of less than 85% RH.
2、Equipment maintenance, need to be cut off operation.
3、Check the ventilation and exhaust on the equipment regularly. If there is more dust, please clean up and install it back in place.
4、The equipment can work continuously for 24 hours, but please ensure that the equipment is well ventilated.
Clean wet towel must be used after wring dry, do not splash water into the machine.
