Equipment installation instructions

Step 1: The high voltage power supply and the ozone tube are installed on the insulation board, the insulation board is fixed in the case, it should be noted: the ozone tube and the high voltage power supply are more than 5cm from the metal case shell (if the high voltage part is too close to the metal case shell, it may form high voltage eddy current which will affect the use or even damage), the ozone tube is installed in the convection air space on the case, ensure that the fan on the working time can blow to the radiator of the ozone tube, and ensure the external air cooling stability of the ozone tube.
step 2: installation of air inlet and ozone outlet: the air nozzle of the ozone tube does not separate into and out of the air nozzle, any end can be in and out, the material of the air inlet guide tube can be used silica gel tube or PVC tube, the air outlet is connected with the anti-oxidation tube (tetrafluorine tube, fluorine hose, etc.), and the air leakage is required. The gas entering the inlet of the ozone tube, whether oxygen or air, must ensure that the gas is clean and dry, temperature must not be higher than 45℃, humidity must not be greater than 70% RH..
Step 3: check the line: after the high-voltage line and the high-voltage ground wire are connected to the ozone pipe, the high-voltage line should be connected at the shortest distance as far as possible. When the fittings are out of the factory, the high-voltage line is about 30 CM long. When installing, the high-voltage line can be cut short according to the position of the installation, so as to avoid the high-voltage line touching other lines or objects in the chassis. If conditions are available, the high-voltage line can be used on the silicone tube sleeve with an inner diameter of 8 MM to enhance insulation. Welding the high voltage wire with spring plug into the middle of the ozone tube, any other wire line, do not close to the high voltage part (high voltage package, high voltage line, ozone tube), otherwise the high voltage may interfere with its normal use function.

Daily maintenance
